We might not all associate Mother’s Day with great sales on certain food items! Even if you aren’t celebrating with your Mother, take advantage of picking up items on sale – and if you are, give her a big hug!
A few things I’ve noticed is all kinds of brunch items go on sale.
- Eggs
- Bacon
- Sausages
- Cheeses
- Gardening items
- You may find great prices on a cut or two of meat that’s perfect for grilling
- Snack crackers and junk food items
- Asparagus
- Potatoes
- Specialty Salads
- Cake and Muffin mixes
- Pancake Mixes
- Chocolate Chips and Baking Chocolate
- Flour
- Sugar
- Pop
- Specialty bread and bakery items
- Fish – generally you’ll find several different types of fish, but usually Salmon
And lets not forget great prices on Candy and Flowers!
